Managing Director

Daryl has been involved in the financial services industry for over 15 years. Having worked for high street banks, mortgage brokerages and insurance brokerages. 

Daryl is the founder of Endurance Mortgages and strives to deliver excellent customer service for his clients. 

In his spare time Daryl is a keen runner who completed London Marathon 2023 and aspires to obtain all 6 world majors. He also has two daughters and a wife he enjoys spending time with. 

 Protection Manager 

Danielle is a fantastic addition to the Endurance Mortgages team. With over 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and some background in the financial sector as a Client Relations Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role as Protection Manager. Her natural organisational abilities will be a great asset in providing a valuable service to our clients.

Danielle likes to spend quality time with her partner, son and daughter and loves to travel to new places around the world.

Client Relations Manager

Hannah has over 8 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a background working in mortgage servicing and for a mortgage broker. She has  significant knowledge of the mortgage process and with her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, looks forward  to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Outside of work Hannah loves to spend time with her partner and daughter and enjoys travelling and seeing live music.

Customer Relations Manager

Kristina has years of experience driving  successful campaigns and supporting brand growth for diverse businesses in Marketing. Outside of work she enjoys running and writing children’s books inspired by and for her two young children.

Kristina brings the same passion and  dedication to her professional role, striving for success and putting 100% energy into everything she does. Her commitment ensures that clients feel fully supported and well looked after throughout their journey.

As our Private Medical Insurance Partner, Matthew Hill has a wealth of knowledge within this sector. Matthew has worked in Private Medical Insurance for over 15 years, with over 10 years as a whole of market health insurance broker.

Since starting his own brokerage, Matthew has made unparalleled customer service a corner stone of ‘Private Medical Insurance Brokers’ ethos and understands that your health is a priority. At the heart of his mission is a commitment to providing tailored, comprehensive, insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each person.

In Matthew’s spare time he enjoys running, going to the gym, and spending time with his family (a daughter, wife, and cocker spaniel).

 Financial Advisor 

Leonna is a dedicated Financial Advisor with a passion for helping  clients make informed decisions about their money. She provides clear,  tailored guidance designed to give you structure, confidence, and peace  of mind in every stage of life.

Her expertise covers pensions, investments, and tax efficiency, as  well as planning for key milestones such as buying a home, funding  education, or preparing for retirement. Leonna takes the time to  understand your goals and priorities, ensuring that every plan she  creates is personal, practical, and built to last.

With her calm, approachable style, Leonna’s aim is simple: to bring  clarity to complex financial matters and help you move forward with  confidence in your financial future.

 Operations Director 

With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Adam Robey brings a wealth of operational knowledge and problem-solving expertise to  Endurance Mortgages. He thrives on tackling complex challenges and finding effective solutions that drive the team forward.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys reading and tinkering with his computer. At home,  he and his wife share their lives with two lively cats - Void and Nezuko  - who ensure there’s never a dull moment.

Marketing and Social Media

With over 19 years of corporate graphic design experience, Marcie specialises in crafting high-quality print and digital solutions tailored to the finance and mortgage sectors. Her expertise in digital design, combined with marketing experience in mortgages and insurance, has helped businesses elevate their brands with creativity and clarity. Now, she brings her skills to Endurance Mortgages, supporting their mission to connect with clients and highlight their commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Marcie is an avid scuba diver, skier, and adventure traveller. She loves spending quality time with her husband, daughter and their two cats, Moon and Star.
